Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery with Account Executives to design bespoke architectures and demonstrate Cloudflare solutions through PoCs and product demos across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships with stakeholders from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
•Own the long-term technical relationship, ensuring alignment between evolving customer goals and the product roadmap.
•Manage a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth, driving platform adoption, revenue retention, and cross-sell opportunities; lead quarterly business reviews with executives.
•Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks (e.g., RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring) to reclaim time for strategic customer advisory.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
•Broad technical acumen across web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
•Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles and understanding of SaaS metrics.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of bridging technical details with C-suite strategy.
•Proficiency in scripting or coding (Python/JavaScript) and experience building demos, PoCs, or integrations.
