Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with process owners and customer IT to select workflows, define success, and secure test access and data
  • •Build with customers through hands-on sessions and clearly communicate capabilities, limitations, and business value
  • •Write custom JavaScript tools when existing capabilities can’t complete tasks and debug failures across browser behavior, agent execution, application state, and backend services
  • •Build tests for business outcomes, exceptions, partial completion, and recovery; help launch and stabilize workflows with monitoring and recovery procedures
  • •Convert deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and use AI development tools while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability
