Corporate Human Resources Generalist

Partner with a business unit to support end-to-end HR operations, including employment/personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits. Collect and analyze HR data, maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and manage Human Resource Information System records and reporting. Support HR functional areas such as employee relations, training, AA/EEO, labor relations, safety, and FMLA administration, while assisting with policy updates and office engagement activities.
