Lead Monzo’s FinCrime & Fraud Operations in Dublin, managing escalations and oversight of outsourced partners to keep fraud and financial crime operations performing at the highest standards. Track fraud and FinCrime metrics, work with product and technology teams to address emerging trends, and help drive mitigation solutions using automated alerts.
