Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with business and strategy teams to provide financial solutions and advice aligned to business needs.
  • •Prepare and review managerial budgets and rolling forecasts, tracking performance and conducting financial analysis.
  • •Partner with the Platform team to build and refine finance processes supporting new initiatives, improving efficiency, and controlling risk.
  • •Review non-standard deals and contracts/agreements, assessing risks and exposures under company accounting policy.
  • •Lead monthly close, analyzing budget-vs-actual variances and conducting revenue accounting and order-to-cash focused ad hoc analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or audit/advisory with a strong track record.
  • •Deep technical finance expertise in revenue accounting, accounts receivable (AR), and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence diverse business partners.
  • •Proficiency in Mandarin for frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.
  • •Experience reviewing contracts/deals or designing and optimizing finance processes in a technology company.
