Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP, driving monthly/quarterly/annual close activities including GL integrity, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and flux analysis.
  • •Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, AP-to-GL reconciliation, and AP aging and accrual completeness at close.
  • •Oversee daily banking operations by reviewing bank/credit card reconciliations and employee expense claims, monitoring cash position, and supporting treasury funding and payment execution.
  • •Prepare Israeli statutory financial statements with a bridge from US GAAP to statutory basis and lead external audit execution end-to-end.
  • •Own Israeli tax and compliance activities including direct tax filings and reconciliations (including mikdamot) as well as indirect tax (VAT) and withholding reporting/certificates and treaty-based withholding.

Key Requirements

  • •Israeli CPA (required).
  • •Big 4 background with hi-tech audit experience (required).
  • •3–5 years post-internship experience, ideally in-house at global SaaS/tech companies.
  • •Deep understanding of US GAAP, including hands-on month-end close and group reporting ownership.
  • •Deep understanding of Israeli direct and indirect taxation (corporate tax, VAT, withholding), including preparation of statutory financial statements and managing external audits end-to-end.
