Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate deployment of Anduril products, leading planning and deployment of Maritime Sentry hardware and software to support customer missions.
  • •Train end users and ensure high performance of deployed products, monitoring customer interactions and working with product teams to address issues.
  • •Grow business through customer success by maintaining operational and executive relationships and meeting commercial targets.
  • •Shape products by working with customers to understand mission challenges and representing customer needs to engineering teams.
  • •Collaborate across internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations) to keep all parties engaged and informed for successful delivery.
