•Define, monitor, and continuously improve SLIs and SLOs for availability, scalability, and performance.
•Develop and implement strategies for Operational Excellence through standardization, automation, and efficient knowledge management.
•Collaborate with international engineering, security, and compliance teams and serve as the primary contact for technical stakeholders in the local market.
