Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment of project management best practices, including cadence, project review forums, and tracking strategic outcomes, risks, and quality gates.
  • •Manage communications, stakeholders, and change management with the Change Management team and HR functional leaders for Thailand/Vietnam Kingfisher projects.
  • •Ensure resource allocation, accountability, timelines, and project delivery on time and within budget; analyze project data and prepare tracking metrics.
  • •Lead HR&C people strategy development, including Vietnam expansion people strategy, and oversee relevant expansion counsel forums.
  • •Facilitate HR&C engagement initiatives (e.g., townhalls) to cascade people strategy across the wider HR&C organization and monitor adoption of project outcomes after handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in an HR position, including project management experience and strong understanding of HR operational processes.
  • •Certified project management is preferred (not mandatory).
  • •Ability to drive solutions to complex business problems and make hard trade-offs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; good English communication.
