Job Summary

Provide person-centred care to residents during night shifts as part of a supportive team. Support residents with companionship and personal care, monitor behavior changes, and document/report according to required legislation. Help meet nutrition and hydration needs, and support social and recreational activities for both individuals and groups. Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements, delivering high standards of care at the Highgate Care Home.

Key Responsibilities

•Support residents with needs ranging from companionship to personal care.
•Observe and manage residents’ behavior and document/report changes in line with required legislation.
•Support nutrition and hydration needs by encouraging and assisting residents according to their care plan.
•Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
•Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.3 hourly
