Key Responsibilities

  • •Support residents with needs ranging from companionship to personal care.
  • •Observe and manage residents’ behavior and document/report changes in line with required legislation.
  • •Support nutrition and hydration needs by encouraging and assisting residents according to their care plan.
  • •Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
  • •Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
