Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the enterprise administrator for the company’s EHS training program.
  • •Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix and coordinate training content development and revisions with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
  • •Assign required training through the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor completion rates with proactive follow-up for compliance.
  • •Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including version control and document retention, to support regulatory inspections and internal/customer audits.
  • •Track initial, recurring, annual, and refresher training requirements and support compliance dashboards, reports, metrics, routine audits, and continuous improvement of training processes and system utilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3–5 years of experience administering compliance or EHS training programs.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory training requirements.
  • •Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing training records in a regulated environment.
  • •Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning, with strong project management, organization, documentation, and communication skills.
