Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, test, remove, and maintain T-IADS kits and equipment for the Army aviation fleet training.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair military simulators using technical manuals, schematics, and test equipment; replace components and wiring as needed.
  • •Perform on-site maintenance in accordance with technical data and maintain required documentation, spares, and tools.
  • •Capture and record accurate maintenance history in the MIS, including corrective measures for work orders and repairs.
  • •Conduct equipment inspection and inventory before and after live fire training events and support cross-training for other W-TRS TADSS.

  • •2+ years of related experience maintaining U.S. Army TADSS and/or military experience preferred.
  • •Experience using technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • •Ability to learn and use the W-TRS Management Information System (MIS) for work orders and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) property control.
  • •Superb communication skills to document and report technical issues and solutions.
