Job Summary

Support Moss’s Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) team with day-to-day transaction monitoring, spot checks, and chargeback/Mastercom case handling. Help automate recurring compliance tasks using AI tools, including building prompts, workflows for reporting and alerting, and integrations via external APIs. Collaborate with KYC Ops, the Risk team, and partners such as Marqeta and Mastercard to ensure automation improves real operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day AFC operations including transaction monitoring and spot checks, and contribute to chargeback and Mastercom case handling.
•Build and improve AI-powered automation for recurring compliance tasks, including prompts and workflows for reporting and alerting.
•Connect external APIs and iterate on existing tools such as a KYC 4-Eyes Check.
•Collaborate with KYC Ops and the Risk team to ensure automation solves real operational problems.
•Coordinate with external partners such as Marqeta and Mastercard where relevant.

Key Requirements

•You are currently studying Business, Law, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
•First hands-on experience with AI tools is a strong plus.
•Genuine interest in both regulatory/AFC topics and automation or coding.
•Ownership, structured/analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity when working without a ready-made playbook.
