Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and surface opportunities across Paradigm’s portfolio by matching candidate backgrounds to available roles.
  • •Collaborate with Paradigm’s talent team to map a candidate’s skills and interests to specific companies and opportunities.
  • •Navigate portfolio categories (decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, arts and culture, ecosystem development) to align roles with candidate strengths.
  • •Communicate clearly and concisely with internal teams and portfolio companies to facilitate role matching.
  • •Engage with portfolio companies at different development stages to explore suitable product opportunities.
