Job Summary

Build and operate an AI backbone that enables end-to-end, AI-assisted software delivery. Configure and orchestrate AI models and agents that analyze existing codebases, run automated gap analysis, refine requirements, and generate enterprise-ready specifications. Integrate AI into production systems (not isolated proofs), improve prompts and agent workflows for quality and consistency, and collaborate with an Intent Engineer to align outputs with business intent.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain the AI backbone that supports end-to-end delivery.
•Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models and agents working directly on existing codebases.
•Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and specification generation using AI.
•Integrate AI capabilities into real-world software systems and ensure outputs are robust, scalable, and accurate for enterprise use.
•Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and agent coordination, working with an Intent Engineer to align outputs with business intent.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, backend, or platform engineering roles.
•Strong hands-on software engineering background with modern architectures.
•Experience in the insurance domain, including exposure to insurance platforms and core processes like policies, claims, billing, underwriting, or integrations.
•Hands-on experience with Claude (or similar large language models), including using AI in an IDE/workflow and writing prompts for code analysis and generation.
•Practical understanding of production prompt engineering and modern engineering patterns such as API design, microservices, and event/integration-based systems.
