Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards.
  • •Partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure operations remain maintained and maximized.
  • •Support a safe work environment using strong stockroom standards and processes, and move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to be in and around the store constantly during shifts.
