Lead the OneSat Ground Segment programme as part of the OneSat Programme leadership team, ensuring Gold Project delivery against On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost targets. Own programme governance, lifecycle management across 7+ OneSat and flexible payload projects, and baseline change control. Drive risk and opportunity management, export control, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting, while transforming processes to industrialize delivery for a growing international customer base.

•Lead a team (internally and with external partners) and drive transformation and improvement in ways of working.
•Manage Gold Project governance including WBS/CBS, risk & opportunity management, schedule analysis, and export control.
•Oversee development and validation for 7+ OneSat and flexible payload projects with strict baseline change management.
•Align stakeholders to the OneSat “Baseline Plan” to ensure end-to-end readiness and seamless delivery.
•Monitor operational and financial performance and deliver transparent status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

•Experienced Programme Manager leading complex projects, ideally related to Telecommunications Ground Segments.
•Airbus PM certification at Silver level minimum.

•Ability to manage large-scale technical requirements while building strong customer intimacy and understanding of satellite operations.
•Fluency in English is required; position requires a security clearance (or eligibility for clearance).
