Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safety leadership for maintenance activities across the processing plant.
  • •Own and deliver fixed plant availability, reliability, and OEE targets through preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
  • •Lead disciplined work management: identification, planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance with backlog visibility.
  • •Plan and execute major plant shutdowns, inspections, and relines within budget and risk parameters.
  • •Develop and control the annual maintenance budget and drive cost optimization through planning and reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Professional maintenance or reliability certification (e.g. CMRP) desirable.
