Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, and partners, using the Elastic Stack to understand customer goals and drive technical wins. Own value-based relationships, participate across discovery and execution for your territory, and demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events. Enable and onboard partners, influence solution positioning, and represent customer needs back to engineering and leadership.

•Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts and account managers in your territory.
•Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
•Create and own value-based relationships across customer organizations and advise sales on positioning.
•Participate in planning and execution from discovery to the technical win, demonstrating Elastic products in meetings and events.
•Onboard, educate, and enable partners, and relay customer needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Success in a technical presales role within enterprise accounts, with experience selling and implementing technology to earn customer trust.

•Ability to influence and inspire teams, and to communicate effectively across groups.
•Fluency in German is essential.
