Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and secure fleet business with government entities, corporates, rental companies, and large private buyers.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key fleet decision-makers and procurement teams; develop tailored proposals, pricing structures, and volume agreements.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and manage subdealers across the assigned territory; set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • •Conduct regular subdealer visits to audit showroom standards, stock levels, and brand compliance; provide product training and marketing support.
  • •Analyze market trends and competitor activity, track tenders/bids, prepare sales and subdealer performance reports, and coordinate with after-sales, logistics, and finance for fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • •5+ years' experience in automotive fleet sales and/or dealer/subdealer network management in KSA.
  • •Strong existing network with government/corporate fleet buyers and regional dealers is a plus.
  • •Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-location dealer relationships.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English; valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel extensively within the region.
