  • •Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and people-related processes.
  • •Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • •Professional proficiency in Polish and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
