Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone and delivering impact in their day-to-day finances.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver effective, customized recommendations to support clients’ goals.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with current clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
