Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Color team with seasonal color coordination tasks across apparel, equipment, and accessories.
  • •Input and maintain accurate color data, naming, codes, and seasonal information in PLM and related systems.
  • •Organize and maintain physical and digital color tools, including standards, palette boards, sample references, and seasonal libraries.
  • •Assist with new wash library creation and support seasonal tracking and reporting for color accuracy and process improvements.
  • •Coordinate color standards, lab dips, strike-offs, artwork, and related submits with internal teams and suppliers as needed.

Salary: USD 69,120 - 86,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of experience and relevant professional achievements.
  • •Basic understanding of color development, apparel materials, textiles, and the seasonal product creation process.
  • •High color perception (color vision required).
  • •Intermediate proficiency with computer tools; preferred experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe tools, database systems, and PLM systems.
  • •Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines; strong attention to detail for organizing and tracking color information.
