Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, and priority entry to General Admission patrons and manage the full VIP sales flow from pitch through payment processing and experience fulfillment. Welcome, check in, escort, and assist VIP guests throughout the venue to ensure a top-tier VIP experience. Coordinate nightly VIP operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security, and perform VIP setup including seating areas, table personalization, and signage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium upgrade products and experiences to General Admission patrons on show nights.
•Handle VIP sales from pitch through payment processing and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Coordinate nightly VIP operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
•Execute nightly VIP setup including check-in areas, VIP seating areas, table top personalization, and VIP area signage as needed.

Salary: USD 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and guest relations.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy and maintain a flexible schedule.
