Job Summary

Develop and enhance conversational chat bot solutions for client implementations using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent. You’ll work hands-on on the NICE CXone AI software platform, implementing AI virtual agents, improving JavaScript-based software, and ensuring quality through unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution. Support production environments and collaborate with a project team that delivers high-quality software on time, including systems analysis and customer-facing solution pitches.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and enhance conversational chat bot solutions for client implementation projects using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent.
•Implement NICE Proactive AI Agent, Omilia, and Cognigy software as part of the NICE CXone AI software platform.
•Enhance and improve JavaScript-based software within the TTEC Digital project team.
•Perform coding, unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects found during the QA cycle.
•Support production environments and assist other developers; perform system analysis and project management duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years building and delivering NLP systems, including LLM-based or generative AI solutions.
•3+ years software development including design, custom development (JavaScript, Python, Java), and testing for real-time systems.
•5+ years JavaScript experience.
•Experience with conversational AI products such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
•Hands-on experience creating modern chatbots and AI virtual agents/agent assist; CCaaS and NICE CXone experience is a plus.
