Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop test program infrastructure using the latest best-known methods.
  • •Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
  • •Create and optimize post-silicon bring-up test patterns for mass production enablement.
  • •Analyze part failures and use findings to improve test coverage and procedures.
  • •Develop, debug, and characterize test patterns and test flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 144,550 - 206,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, or shell script.
  • •Proficiency with Linux, Unix, or Windows OS.
  • •Hands-on experience with silicon debug using logic analyzers, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • •Statistical analysis experience to resolve population mean and outliers.
  • •ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test experience.
