Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping through full production.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation (assembly instructions, workflow/routing, inspection plans, tooling/fixtures).
  • •Troubleshoot complex electrical and RF manufacturing issues using root cause/corrective action to permanently resolve problems.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering field.
  • •3+ years of engineering experience in electronics or RF hardware production.
  • •Familiarity with RF test software such as Keysight IO suite (BenchVue), NIMAX, or equivalent.
  • •Experience with manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies, including SMT, soldering (J-STD-001 or equivalent), and board-level integration.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings/schematics and troubleshoot RF/electronic hardware using test equipment (network analyzers, signal & spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).
