Production Supervisor 2nd shift, Coils

Lead daily operations for a high-volume, lean manufacturing team on the 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, cost, time, and output targets are met. Supervise materials usage to keep production flow steady, support plant programs through process improvement opportunities, and coordinate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement leaders. Communicate goals to the leadership team and employees, and coach and develop production associates to drive performance and positive relations.
