Job Summary

Own the day-to-day operational relationship for a major Facilities Management (FM) account, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. Coordinate and monitor service delivery, support implementation of account strategies and operational plans, and track performance through dashboards and reports. Partner with internal teams and subcontractors to execute services efficiently, manage cost and budget control, and ensure full compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary operational point of contact for the client and maintain strong working relationships.
•Coordinate and monitor day-to-day FM service delivery to consistently achieve KPIs and SLAs.
•Support implementation of account strategies and operational plans aligned with client expectations.
•Track, analyze, and report on service performance using dashboards and operational reports.
•Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for efficient service execution, while monitoring costs and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles with client-facing responsibilities.
•Experience coordinating large-scale or complex projects/clients (preferred).
•IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP (or equivalent professional certifications) (preferred).
