Key Responsibilities

•Lead, plan, train, and sell DBC brands/programs to retailers and the sales team in the assigned market/territory.
•Create and build relationships with top chain, independent, and on-premise accounts to deliver business objectives.
•Communicate monthly program calendars and drive execution with distributor sales teams on and off premise.
•Analyze on- and off-premise channels to plan and execute promotional activities.
•Support distributor meetings and manage tactical budgets in collaboration with the Distributor Manager ahead of targets and objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 51,300 - 85,500

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Self-starter with a proven track record in influencing others with fact-based selling.
•Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and generate ideas to develop the market.
•Field sales experience preferred.
•Ability to engage, influence, and coordinate retailers and wholesalers with different strategic initiatives.
