Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation and hand over to Operations.
  • •Contribute to pre-sales by providing proposals.
  • •Ensure projects deliver the as-sold solution, stay within baseline budget, and are delivered on time with quality criteria and client satisfaction.
  • •Manage client satisfaction, commitment, expectations, and escalations to high service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management or a related field.

  • •Proven client engagement experience and a basic understanding of the project life cycle and change management.
  • •Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage urgent asks while balancing constraints.
