Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage detailed building energy models using industry-leading simulation tools.
  • •Perform energy performance assessments to support design decision-making throughout project stages.
  • •Analyze HVAC systems, renewable energy technologies, building envelope solutions, and operational strategies to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • •Support compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability frameworks such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and Net Zero Carbon.
  • •Deliver technical reports and collaborate with architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate energy performance objectives into design.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Building Performance Analysis, including CFD simulations for airflow, thermal, smoke movement, and contaminant dispersion.
  • •Developing and managing detailed building energy models for commercial, industrial, and large-scale developments.
  • •Strong understanding of building physics, thermal performance, HVAC systems, and sustainable building design principles.
  • •Advanced proficiency in industry-standard modelling software including IES VE, Revit, and AutoCAD, with experience supporting sustainability and decarbonisation strategies.
