Job Summary

Serve as a central point of contact for Retirement, Insurance, and Subadvisory clients, delivering high-quality service across the full lifecycle. Build and maintain high-touch relationships, support day-to-day client needs, and diagnose/escalate issues to resolution. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Investments, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support complex requests, RFPs, presentations, reporting, due diligence, and contract renewals in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the central point of contact, proactively manage client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
•Act as primary sales contact for tier-two retirement partners, focusing on service delivery and relationship strengthening opportunities.
•Maintain high-touch engagement with Senior Strategic Account Managers, Investment Due Diligence teams, and clients to understand needs and support growth.
•Support pre- and post-sale activities including RFP processes, presentation development, and identifying new opportunities with account teams.
•Execute client service responsibilities such as timely inquiry response, issue resolution, third-party requests, reporting materials for due diligence/renewals, and communicate/escalate key issues while coordinating operational deliverables.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of asset management experience in client relationship management, client servicing, and project management, with strong investment management acumen.
•Proven client service excellence, including responsiveness, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
•Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7 and 63 licenses required; CIMA, CFA, or CFP preferred.
•Ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver solutions aligned to firm capabilities and services.
•Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a highly regulated environment with strong compliance focus.
