Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with Card Members via inbound phone interactions to understand financial circumstances and determine appropriate solutions.
  • •Provide consultative assistance and customized financial relief options, including more affordable monthly payment arrangements.
  • •Deliver world-class customer experience through effective responses, concern resolution, and first-contact resolution.
  • •Use negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve sustainable outcomes for both Card Members and American Express.
  • •Analyze account information and risk to make sound decisions, maximize recovery of missed payments, and maintain accurate documentation in line with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •No more than 5 years between highest education degree completion date and joining date.
  • •Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills, including willingness to learn and adapt, plus ability to maintain confidentiality.
