Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
  • •Complete a pour test prior to each shift and prepare beverages using standard recipes and venue specifications.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items; promptly deliver food and beverage orders.
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards.
  • •Refuse alcohol to guests who are becoming too intoxicated and ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and company policy.
