Job Summary

Interact with guests in a friendly manner, build repeat business, and prepare beverages and menu items to standard recipes and venue specifications. Handle pour tests, organize drink orders, maintain bar sanitation/safety, and record equipment or safety hazards. Refuse service to intoxicated guests, follow alcohol awareness training and ID checks, and manage POS transactions, bartender bank, cash pull/check-out, and comp/spill procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
•Suggestively sell beverages and menu items at the bar
•Prepare beverages according to standard recipes, venue specifications, and control systems
•Recognize intoxication and refuse further alcohol service in a courteous, safety-minded manner
•Process guest checks and payments on the POS terminal, and complete bartender bank and cash pull/check-out procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 11.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
•Cash handling experience
