Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own omni-channel media measurement strategy and frameworks, defining KPIs and success metrics and establishing measurement plans across media channels.
  • •Guide marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution methodologies to optimize media investment allocation and maximize marketing ROI.
  • •Lead test-and-learn experimentation including A/B and multivariate testing, lift studies, and incrementality experiments, with rigorous experimental design and statistical analysis.
  • •Analyze long-term media performance trends and customer behavior over time to explain longitudinal growth, brand equity, and customer lifetime value beyond campaign metrics.
  • •Synthesize insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives and clients; build and lead a small marketing science/analytics team while partnering with media planning, finance, and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in marketing analytics, media measurement, or marketing science roles with significant leadership responsibility (agency or brand-side).
  • •Deep expertise in cross-channel media measurement and marketing effectiveness methodologies such as ROI analysis, Marketing Mix Modeling, multi-touch attribution, lift studies, and customer segmentation.
  • •Advanced analytical and technical skills including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
  • •Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as SQL and Python/R, and ability to direct team members in their use.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
