Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot automation applications and provide operational support for systems and software running in Intel factories.
  • •Provide next-level support for selected applications across Intel’s worldwide factory network.
  • •Perform project work including insertion activity hardening and CIP software development.
  • •Work compressed work week shift schedule (Shift 7) supporting day shift operations.
  • •Present issues and drive solutions, communicating findings and updates clearly to factory users.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields.
  • •6+ months of experience with scripting (SQL, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • •6+ months of experience with current IT technologies (Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, VMware, etc.).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to multitask and support a broad range of applications.
