Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage alerts in the material call-off process, including rescheduling, coverage issues, and short reporting.
  • •Oversee ordering workflow: convert requisitions to purchase orders, issue orders to suppliers, and track confirmations.
  • •Review daily metrics for inbound delivery shortages, material concerns, escalations, and unconfirmed purchase orders.
  • •Coordinate internal and external communication through SAP and digital channels.
  • •Monitor supplier OTIF performance and support investigations/corrective actions; manage tolling/subcontracting and inventory/block-rework activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience in material planning, logistics, procurement, or customer care.

  • •Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience beneficial.
  • •Strong Excel skills required.
  • •Fluency in English.
