Job Summary

Own the governance and delivery of GIPS-compliant performance reporting and composite management across a range of investment strategies. Serve as the GIPS SME, partnering with portfolio management, product, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to strengthen performance frameworks, controls, and operating models. Lead verification support, audits, and client/regulatory inquiries, while driving automation and process optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, data quality, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NTAM GIPS® Team and provide guidance on GIPS compliance, composite management, and benchmark governance.
•Lead day-to-day execution of composite management, performance validation, and final GIPS reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
•Partner cross-functionally with portfolio management, product, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to enhance performance frameworks, controls, and operating models.
•Support GIPS verification reviews, audits, client due diligence requests, and regulatory inquiries.
•Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, lead root-cause analysis for performance exceptions, and mentor/develop analysts.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience in investment performance and/or GIPS reporting.
•Deep expertise in CFA Institute Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®), including interpretation, implementation, and verification support.
•Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and composite management specifications in asset management.
•Hands-on experience with composite management and performance reporting platforms such as StatPro, Sylvan, and Eagle.
•Proficiency with investment and performance measurement systems including Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet, and others listed in the posting.
