Key Responsibilities

•Educate Customers, Operations, and BD on features, advantages and benefits of the PSL solution offerings using detailed product knowledge.
•Accountable for Delivery Execution, ensuring workover operations are performed in a compliant manner.
•Identify technical needs of customers through product knowledge and geographic understanding, and aid BD in pursuit of work via workshops and consultations.
•Assist in proposal preparation for solution up-sell, and help operations and BD diagnose and communicate delivery issues.
•Collaborate with PSL, Region/Country BD, Account and Tech Teams to identify opportunities to grow revenue and stay aware of available technology.

Key Requirements

•Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
•Experience delivering technical sales support and assisting in proposal preparation with a focus on solution up-sell.
•Ability to identify customer needs through product knowledge and geographic understanding of challenges.
•Understanding of HSE and OE policies and ability to ensure work is conducted in compliance with these directives.
