Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance assigned by a supervisor.
  • •Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using a variety of tools.
  • •Follow OSHA requirements and practice safety awareness, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain strong communication with supervisors and team members.
  • •Lift, move, and manipulate materials up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs unaccompanied; organize parts and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED required.
  • •1-2 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • •Valid state driver’s license.
  • •Ability to safely use hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and small tools.
  • •Ability to read basic machine schematics with little guidance and use measuring equipment to high accuracy (0.001 in).
