  • •Lead a team of 3 Site Engineers on-site and ensure efficient maintenance of BEUMER Group systems
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities within the Service Delivery department to optimize service quality
  • •Participate in client meetings at management and operational levels to align on requirements and expectations
  • •Develop and update detailed maintenance schedules and continuously improve service delivery
  • •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance
