Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of event delivery from set-up through breakdown and ensure venues meet agreed standards.
  • •Coordinate event staff, suppliers, venues and contractors, and prepare the event space for guests.
  • •Brief and manage front-of-house, bar and other on-site staff, including coordinating rotas, breaks and responsibilities.
  • •Oversee hospitality and guest experience: monitor guest flow, handle queries/complaints professionally, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.
  • •Support practical operations and safety: manage logistics and equipment/stock movement, complete checklists, handle incidents, and provide updates and post-event reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience managing or coordinating live events, hospitality operations, bars, venues or visitor experiences.
  • •A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in as needed.
  • •Confident managing people and taking responsibility for an event on the ground.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including staying calm under pressure.
  • •Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
