Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end lifecycle (planning → development → validation → deployment) of RAG technology development projects, including roadmap, milestones, and resource planning.
•Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (engineering, data, legal, business), proactively identify and manage risks, and manage progress, risks, and performance indicators.
•Manage Contents Provider partnerships: identify high-quality external data sources, negotiate contracts and license terms, and oversee onboarding processes.
•Maintain ongoing CP relationships and regularly review data quality, update cycles, and supply stability, including governance topics like copyright, licenses, and privacy.
•Establish evaluation criteria covering retrieval performance (Recall, Precision) and generation quality (hallucination), and define and track KPIs such as answer accuracy, response speed, and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of project management or service planning experience in IT/tech.
•Experience planning and managing data-related projects such as data pipelines, data platforms, or data-driven services.
•Experience with contracts/collaboration with Contents Providers or external data suppliers.
•Agile/Scrum project operations experience and ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
•Technical understanding of LLM, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus), plus data literacy to discuss chunking, embedding models, and retrieval algorithms (BM25, Dense Retrieval).
