Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex service delivery projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet timelines, scope, and budget requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure service delivery aligns with business objectives.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and post-delivery review.
  • •Analyze service performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage service delivery risks and ensure activities comply with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and internal quality standards while reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s, or minimum 3 years of experience with a Master’s in service delivery management and/or customer relationship management in the medical devices industry.
  • •Experience with regulatory requirements, KPI monitoring and reporting, and data analysis/interpretation to improve service performance.
  • •Proficiency with customer service and CRM software used for service delivery and customer relationship management.
  • •Strong project planning and scheduling skills with stakeholder management and continuous improvement experience.
