Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall relationship strategy for a portfolio of key accounts, serving as senior escalation point and executive relationship holder.
  • •Lead and develop a Key Accounts team by coaching, setting KPIs, and driving performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • •Own annual joint business planning (JBP) for the portfolio, aligning plans to commercial and category strategy and driving ROI-based trade investment.
  • •Oversee portfolio performance (sales, trade spend ROI, market share, EBIT contribution), identify systemic execution gaps, and direct corrective strategies.
  • •Lead or oversee negotiation of major commercial agreements and contracts, maintaining senior customer relationships and proactively adjusting account strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related; MBA preferred.
  • •8–12 years of progressive Sales/Key Account Management experience in FMCG or similar, including 2–3 years people-management/team-lead experience.
  • •Proven track record managing large, complex national accounts and multi-million-value trade budgets.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; comfort working with BI/reporting tools.
  • •Proficient in English & Arabic.
