Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan manpower requirements with Production and Operations, and lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and probation evaluation.
  • •Maintain employee and labor relations by handling grievances and leading disciplinary processes in line with policy and labor law.
  • •Ensure compliance with local labor laws, occupational health and safety requirements, and manage HR/labor-related audits (ISO, SMETA, customer audits).
  • •Support performance management by aligning KPIs with plant objectives, running appraisal processes, and overseeing corrective action plans.
  • •Oversee HR administration and reporting including headcount/turnover/absenteeism reporting and coordinating payroll accuracy for overtime and allowances.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations, with experience managing employee/labor issues.
  • •Experience handling large workforces (100+ employees preferred).
  • •Familiarity with time attendance systems and payroll processes.
  • •Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with strong integrity and confidentiality.
