Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support for Full Motion Video (FMV) systems to deliver actionable intelligence to the Intelligence Community.
  • •Support day or evening shift operations and perform technical activities impacting the health, maintenance, running, and configuration of systems, software, and applications.
  • •Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 system issues in real time and coordinate resolutions with engineers and stakeholders across locations and shifts.
  • •Maintain system operations and schedules consistently across shifts, including establishing work methodologies for system monitoring and maintenance metrics.
  • •Provide on-call 24/7 Tier 1 and Tier 2 system support and conduct data recovery and maintenance activities for imagery exploitation systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.
  • •Eight (8) years of related experience.
  • •Strong aptitude to troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical problems in real time, independently and in a team environment.
  • •Working knowledge of system administration tasks including Windows scripting/batch troubleshooting and maintaining operational schedules.
  • •Knowledge of the imagery exploitation lifecycle and experience supporting FMV operations, including MAAS and encoder/video routing capabilities.
