Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to executive decision makers on outcome-based facility solutions that support customer missions.
  • •Secure introductory meetings, penetrate new markets/accounts, uncover opportunities, negotiate, and win business.
  • •Coordinate customer-facing and internal efforts to create value propositions and proposals that secure orders and meet/exceed target.
  • •Use the Sales Operating System (SOS) with disciplined CRM usage, weekly forecasting, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly walk-to-plan.
  • •Lead cross-functional proposal development and maintain knowledge of renewables, off-grid generation/storage, LEED accreditation, and carbon monetization.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of sales experience.
