Job Summary

Support the maintenance team to repair and maintain plant equipment while improving production efficiency. Perform safe troubleshooting and breakdown/repair work across pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and assist with electro-mechanical issues. Install new equipment, help with planned maintenance and cleanups, follow inventory control procedures, and continually build skills to progress toward an electro-mechanical technician level. Work safely with required PPE and comply with OSHA and Lock Out/Tag Out practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow safety procedures using required PPE and keep production equipment in safe working condition.
•Work overtime on short notice to address unplanned machine events.
•Assist in breakdowns and repairs across pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical applications, and collaborate on electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
•Support plant maintenance projects assigned by the Plant Maintenance Manager, including installing new equipment.
•Follow inventory control guidelines and assist with planned maintenance activities and cleanups.

Key Requirements

•3–7 years of on-the-job experience in industrial maintenance.
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Strong skills in mechanical maintenance, including pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.
•Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, Arc Flash hazards and PPE, and basic OSHA standards.
•Experience with forklift/scissor lift operation safely and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting (e.g., 3-phase 240/480V or single-phase 220/120V).
